Red Vision Adds Michael Carus As COO & CFO

Former VC, Board Member of Cogent Communications and COO & CFO of Fundtech Joins Leading On-Demand Title Search Solutions Provider

Parsippany, NJ, April 1, 2007 – Red Vision Systems, Inc., a leading provider of automated title search solutions that enable faster, more accurate processing of title information for the real estate industry, today announced that Michael Carus has joined the Company as Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer. Carus brings to Red Vision a 20 year background in senior financial roles for several venture-backed technology companies as an investor, board member and senior executive.

Prior to Red Vision, Carus was a General Partner at JVP, a technology-focused venture capital firm, where he managed investments in Oblicore, Bristol Technology (sold to HP), Cogent Communications (Nasdaq: CCOI), Sphera, and Bridgewave. Previously, he was COO and CFO of Fundtech (Nasdaq: FNDT), a private equity-backed pioneer in e-commerce web banking and e-payment solutions, where he led the initial public and secondary offerings of the company at values approaching $500 million for the private and public equity investors. At Fundtech, Carus was also responsible for merger and acquisition activities, executing on a number of transactions supporting the strategic vision of the company. Earlier, Carus was a CFO of Geotek a private equity-backed wireless mobile data, GPS and voice service provider.

Carus began his career at Coopers & Lybrand LLP. He is a CPA and holds a B.S. in accounting from
Ithaca College.
