Red Vision’s 334% Growth Spurs Strategic Executive Hires

-- Bolsters their management team to manage lender solutions, new market development and human resources --

Parsippany, NJ - Red Vision Systems, Inc. (Red Vision), a New Jersey-based provider of innovative real property research solutions, recently hired two executives to help the company continue to realize its aggressive strategic growth goals. “Our rapid growth has driven us to hire additional top talent in the title industry,” says Brian Twibell, Chief Executive Officer of Red Vision. “Rounding out our leadership allows us to continue to provide attentive customer service, and leading edge property research solutions. We welcome Burt and Shelly to the Red Vision management team.”

Burt Campbell, Vice President and Director of Lender Solutions

Burt Campbell, a veteran in the real estate solutions space, was named Vice President and Director of Lender Solutions. He will manage all marketing and sales activities targeted towards lenders and their settlement service or vendor management supplier.

Most recently, Campbell was Business Line Director for Santa Ana, California based First American Corporation. The responsibilities covered all equity lending solutions brought by the company, and included the coordinated offering of title, valuation, and data solutions for the equity lending space across all First American owned companies. In 2004, First American acquired Campbell’s Optima Information Solutions, the national real estate data company he founded in 1999. When he sold Optima Information Solutions, the operation had annual revenues of $20 million. He started his career in the title industry as Fidelity’s National Lender Division Sales Manager. Prior to entering the title industry, Campbell worked ten years in commercial real estate and finance. While a senior at California State University at Fullerton, he left school when recruited to run a business owned by John Wayne's family.

Shelly Williams, Vice President of Human Resources

Shelly Williams, Red Vision’s new Vice President of Human Resources, will manage all training, recruitment, retention programs, health programs and employee relations responsibilities. Williams will also develop forward thinking organizational HR programs on behalf of Red Vision.

Williams’ most recent position was West Orange-based Lincoln Educational Services Corporation’s Corporate Vice President, Human Resources. Prior to that role she held HR positions at Bryman College and Ashmead College in Seattle and vJungle.com in Redmond.

Williams holds a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies at the University of Washington, Master of Science in Human Resources Management from Chapman University, and professional human resources certifications.
