Brian Twibell - Chief Executive Officer
Brian is one of the original investors and co-founders of RedVision. Brian was instrumental in creating the business plan that is the foundation for RedVision's success. He assumed the role of chairman and managing director in 2002 focusing most of his attention on strategic planning and business development. Brian assumed the position of Chief Executive Officer in 2006 to lead RedVision’s rapid growth as an independent provider of technology-enabled solutions for the real property marketplace nationwide.
Prior to RedVision, Brian was President and CEO of Microbank Software, a firm he founded in 1984. Microbank grew to 200 employees with major divisions in New York, London, and Singapore, and satellite sales offices in Amsterdam, Sydney, Tokyo, and Zurich. By 1999, Microbank had over 1,100 systems installed in more than thirty countries. Its customers included sixty of the world's top 100 financial services organizations. SunGard acquired Microbank in 2000. After the acquisition, Brian served as SunGard’s Managing Director for Strategic Acquisitions.
Prior to Microbank, Brian spent two years running sales and marketing for a software company focused on banking applications. He started his career in banking operations with Manufacturers Hanover Trust (now JP Morgan Chase).
Michael Carus – President and Chief Operating Officer
Michael is the President and COO. He is a former General Partner of JVP, a leading venture capital firm. He sat on the Board of Directors and managed technology-based investments working out of the firm’s New York office.
Previously, he was COO and CFO of Fundtech (Nasdaq: FNDT), a web banking and e-payment solutions provider. He was instrumental in the growth of the company and led its initial public and secondary offerings at values approaching $500 million. Michael was responsible for finance, operations, business development, and M&A activities at the company, executing on a number of transactions supporting the strategic vision of the company. JVP was an early investor in Fundtech.
Michael is a former CFO of Geotek (Nasdaq: GOTK), a wireless mobile data, GPS, and voice service provider. Prior to Geotek, Michael was a Business Assurance Manager at Coopers & Lybrand LLP in New York City, assisting clients in communications and technology.
Michael has a B.S. in Accounting from Ithaca College and is a CPA.
Joe Ross – Chief Technology Officer
Joe is a co-founder of RedVision. He was instrumental in conceiving and developing the technology behind the platform now known as TitleVision. Since the company’s inception, Joe has led the development team through the evolution of the platform to encompass additional product and service offerings and expansion of geographic coverage.
Prior to founding RedVision, Joe was a senior software engineer for Microbank Software, a leading provider of exception management and research solutions, where he was responsible for web-enabling a number of legacy fat client software solutions. Joe was a key member of the team that developed Microbank's Net/QM product; the most widely used electronic report archive system in the financial services industry.
Joe earned his B.S.E. degree in Computer Science from Princeton University.
Garry Johnson – Chief Product Officer
Garry joined RedVision in 2007. He brings over twenty years of experience developing software products to this role. Garry and his team are responsible for analyzing industry trends, customer needs, and technical solutions available in the marketplace, using that data to define and deliver on a product strategy that will ensure the company’s ongoing growth and success.
Previously, Garry was with startup Lava Trading (sold to Citigroup). As an early member of the senior development management team, he led product development initiatives and helped grow the company to become a major trading platform on Wall Street. Along the way, Lava was named one of Fortune magazines “100 Cool Companies”. Prior to Lava, Garry ran the software development organization for Microbank Software. Earlier, Garry was a software engineer at Bell Labs developing UNIX-based communications systems. He has a Master’s Degree in Computer Science from Columbia University in New York and a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Rutgers University.
Craig J. Muldoon – Vice President, Market Development
Craig is a co-founder of RedVision and the VP of Market Development. He concentrates on expanding the geographic footprint of RedVision data throughout the United States. In 2001, while President and CEO of Advanced Title, a Florida title company, Craig set out to find a more cost effective and efficient way to perform a title search. He and RedVision’s CTO, Joe Ross, launched an effort to create an electronically posted title plant and unified search application. This culminated in the incorporation of RedVision in August, 2001, and in 2002, Craig transitioned into a full time role with the company.
Craig joined Advanced Title, a title agency that operated in Marion County, FL, in 1992 as the Title Operations Manager. During his tenure, and ultimately as President/CEO, Advanced grew from a one county operation into one that handled closings throughout all of north central and northeast Florida. During the expansion of Advanced Title’s retail closing operation footprint, Craig led a project to consolidate all of the necessary records to produce title research products in a single facility. This led to the formation of Advanced Title Research Services in 1997 where Craig led an expansion of search capabilities from five counties to over fifty counties by 2002. Prior to Advanced, Craig spent three years consulting in the IT arena.
Greg Thompson – Vice President of Finance and Corporate Development
Greg joined RedVision in 2008 as Vice President Finance and Corporate Development. Greg is an experienced financial professional and accountant with extensive knowledge in corporate growth and development. Greg’s primary role at RedVision is focused on the expansion and national development of the company, in addition to overseeing the finance and accounting teams daily operations.
Prior to joining RedVision, Greg spent eight years with Fair Isaac Corporation based in San Rafael, CA where he was a Vice President responsible for developing and executing the Company’s growth strategy. During this period Fair Isaac’s revenue grew from $250 million to over $800 million. In addition to executing all of Fair Isaac Corporation’s acquisitions during his tenure he also handled the sale of a number of non-core assets, capital raisings and investor relations activities.
Prior to Fair Isaac, Greg worked as an investment banker and financial services technology executive with several companies including National Australia Bank.
Greg is a graduate of the University of Sydney (BEC) and is a Chartered Accountant and a member of the Securities Institute of Australia (CFA equivalent).
Tom Allbee – Vice President of Operations
Tom is the Vice President of Operations for RedVision. A financial services industry veteran, he brings to RedVision a 20 year background in senior management and operations roles.
Prior to joining our team, Tom was a Managing Director at UBS Investment Bank where he served as Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer and Chief Executive Officer of UBS Securities LLC. He was responsible for managing staffing, financial forecasting, corporate services, and a multitude of corporate and community interfaces. Prior to UBS, he worked at Bank of America where he led large scale credit card operations and related merger activities. He has also served as the Director of Operations at HoustonStreet Exchange, where he managed operations of an electronic commodities trading system.
A graduate of the United States Naval Academy, Tom served as a nuclear submarine officer for ten years prior to his financial services career. He holds a degree in Systems Engineering and certifications in naval nuclear power operations and Six Sigma process improvement.
Gary Rader – Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Gary is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for RedVision. He comes to RedVision with over 20 years of direct sales, sales management, and executive sales leadership experience, with a primary focus on IT outsourcing and business process outsourcing.
In his most recent prior position Mr. Rader was the Senior VP of Sales and Marketing for Affiliated Computer Services, a Xerox Company where he oversaw all sales and marketing activities for the IT outsourcing group. In addition, Gary held the position of VP of Sales for the Financial Services vertical at EDS, an HP company; Executive VP of Sales and Marketing for Fusion Sales Partners, a sales BPO company; and Senior VP of Sales and Business Development for Keane, an IT outsourcing firm.
Gary is a graduate of the University of Maryland and holds a BS in Business Administration.
Sanford J. Bleich, Esq. – Chief Title Officer
Sandy is the Vice President and Chief Title Officer of RedVision. He brings to RedVision over 40 years title industry expertise. Sandy graduated from Brooklyn Law School in 1982 where he received a Juris Doctor degree.
Prior to joining RedVision in March, 2009 Sandy was the CEO of Real Property Technologies, LLC which served the title industry in New York under the name Barretta Realty Skyline.
Sandy was one of the founders of Realty Research, Inc. in 1983 and used that as a stepping stone, along with all of the knowledge and experience accumulated throughout the years to help form Barretta Realty Skyline, the first full service one-stop shop New York State title research firm.
Sandy’s focus at RedVision is legal guidance, industry best practices and search requirement implementation.
